Our six member team, led by Chris Schulze, has a combined 65 years of renovation experience in all manner of projects. Using a hands-on approach, we deliver quality work in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

In 2003, Chris began his career in construction as a liaison between ownership and general contractors for renovation work being performed throughout the Metropolitan area. Dissatisfied with the quality and price-point of the work delivered, Chris recruited his own team to better service the needs of his clients. During this time, Chris served as building manager for a church and it's two residential buildings in Manhattan. Chris firmly believes in transparency and utilizes a hands on approach when developing a project with his customers.
